I use soft, quality yarn for all my items.

Colors may differ slightly due to computer monitor configurations and photo lighting.

All items are made in my Smoke Free and Pet Free home.

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me before returning it.

I want my customers to be happy with their purchase and I'll do everything reasonable to make it right.

I will refund your purchase price, excluding the original shipping costs, only if it is returned in it's original condition - no signs of wear or obvious smells etc.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item.

All shipping costs related to the return shipping to me are the purchasers responsibility.

SPECIAL NOTE: I have posted the current time it takes to make an item in every listing description and your receipt references it as well. I will only accept requests for cancellation of your order if you convo me WITHIN 24 hours of placing your order and IF I haven't already started making your item and IF I haven't already dropped it off at the post office.
ALL SHOP ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER unless noted otherwise in the listing.

Items will be shipped via Canada Post. For multiple item orders: Items may or may not be mailed in the same envelope, and therefore may arrive at different times, so please allow some time for multiple envelopes to arrive.

As tracking raises the cost of shipping to an extremely high amount in Canada, I ship without it. If you would like tracking added please contact me prior to ordering and I will advise you of the additional cost to add tracking.

The shipping costs shown in my listings not only include the actual cost of postage, but the cost of the envelope, packing material and the time and fuel costs to take the packages to the post office.

Please note that once your item leaves my hands at the post office, I have no control over how quickly it gets to you.

The following are the APPROXIMATE delivery times (according to Canada Post) and are NOT guaranteed:

Canada: 2 to 10 business days
USA: 4 to 14 business days
Please allow extra delivery time during holiday periods. Please also note your package can be held up at customs, which is beyond my control.

USA CUSTOMERS:
Any customs fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country's regulations and your (the buyers) responsibility. I cannot calculate how much these fees might be, or tell you if they will apply. I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees or taxes. It is up to the purchaser to be aware of what your country will allow to be shipped to your country. I will not accept returns or give refunds because your country did not allow the item through customs.

I will always describe the paid value accurately on the customs form. It is illegal to do otherwise.

I ship to the address you complete at checkout, not your PayPal account, so please ensure it is correct. I will not provide a refund if the address you have at checkout is incorrect.
